Sales (Japanese Speaking) (50K–75K) (SDG-57697)
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of expanding company business for especially Japanese customer
- Visit new customers and introduce company's service according to customer's situation and requests
- Visit to existing customers to explain new service and follow up them
- Main is new Japanese customers
- Make proposal materials and have a presentation for clients
- Discuss the details of the operation
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
- Coordinate with some div including operation div
- Issue Quotation and some other sales documents (need to make in Japanese about some documents)
- Interpreter and translator tasks depending on the situation
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
*after joining, company will provide training
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of Japanese skill (speaking, writing, N2 up level)
- Good command of English skill
- Sales experience(BtoB) for more than 3 years
- High communication skill (experience of coordinating with many div)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company (understand Japanese working manner)
- Sales experience of service, sales experience for Japanese big company
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: MRT Phra Ram 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

- ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการขยายธุรกิจของ บริษัท สำหรับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นโดยเฉพาะ
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าใหม่และแนะนำบริการของ บริษัท ตามสถานการณ์และคำขอของลูกค้า
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เพื่ออธิบายบริการใหม่และติดตามพวกเขา
- หลักคือลูกค้าใหม่ชาวญี่ปุ่น
- จัดทำเอกสารข้อเสนอและนำเสนอสำหรับลูกค้า
- พูดคุยรายละเอียดของการดำเนินการ
- เจรจา / ปิดข้อตกลงและจัดการข้อร้องเรียน
- ประสานงานกับ div บางส่วนรวมถึงฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ
- ออกใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารการขายอื่น ๆ (ต้องทำเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับเอกสารบางอย่าง)
- งานล่ามและนักแปลขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (พูดเขียนเพิ่มระดับ N2)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์การขาย (BtoB) มากกว่า 3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูง (มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่หลายฝ่าย)
