Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To contact and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients - Coordinated with all concerned parties, including document process (such as quotations) - Respond to the overall Sales function and work as a part of the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets. - Price negotiation, order management, inventory management, and delivery date management - Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 2 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Project Sales - Experiences in office suppliers, stationery, office decoration, or office building - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) - Conversational High level in English, both speaking & writing, for communication with customers and Japanese Manager) - Have own car and a driving license. <Detail> - Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, - Able to support multiple projects concurrently, <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Working experience in a Japanese Company
