Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Survey and analyze the needs of customer groups in hotels and hospitals.
- Meet with customers to present products and services, and build relationships with them.
- Present products to project customer groups, prepare product presentation documents, plan meetings and presentations, and demonstrate products or technologies related to the projects.
- Plan and determine the steps for each project, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and monitor project progress while addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, monitor and adjust sales plans according to circumstances, and report sales results regularly.
- Coordinate within the sales team to share information and strategies, collaborate on marketing plans with the team, and coordinate with various departments to support sales.
- Prepare documents related to sales proposals and projects, and draft and review purchase agreements.
- Regularly contact and visit customers to follow up on product usage after the sale, and present opportunities for additional sales or product upgrades.
- Prepare weekly sales summary reports along with project status updates for the weekly meetings.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales hunting new clients, such as in enterprise customers or in related industries (IT accessories and solutions).
- English conversational middle level (communication with multinational company clients, e-mail and documents)
- Driver's license (for traveling to meet clients).
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Good communication and presentation skills, capable of building customer confidence.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge and experience in the computer/IT business.
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish, especially with hotel or hospital customers.
- Experience in selling products related to technology, display solutions, or accessories for hotels and hospitals will be given special consideration.
