<Job Responsibilities>
- Cooperate with overseas agents and clients by email or telephone.
- Visited existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issue Quotation as the customer requested, including a response to overseas inquiries.
- Follow-up shipment and coordinate with internal with other sections until the job is complete.
- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of new customers, even coordinating with sales support and operations.
- Assist job and support job assignment of the commander.
- Received complaints and solve the problem or presented a solution as the customer satisfied.
- Report sales activities to monitor profit, even check customers' activity every month.
- Other assignments by the company and management level.
- Develop, Build, Grow and Maintain a solid client relationship.
- Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand a new customer base.
- Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Updated and customized the sales.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line.
- Ensure all internal reporting is accurate and in the timeline.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Sales, finding new customers in the freight forwarder business.
- Conversational middle level in English (Communication with client, presentation and document).
- Own car with a driving license to visit the client
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
