Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Thin Prep products to hospitals and government institutions.
- Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and drive business growth within the target market.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
- Coaching and training the sales team to accomplish and achieve the company's direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MT), Medical Science, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of overall sales experience in medical equipment products.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in medical equipment Thin Prep products
- At least currently must hold the position title of Sales Director/Senior Manager.
- Strong network within hospitals and government healthcare institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and own a personal vehicle.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good command of English level to communicate with USA suppliers.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Master's degree in MBA.
