Sales and Marketing Director (100K-180K) (SDG-37667)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and responsible for sales budget, margin and net profit according to the company target
Manage sales and marketing team to ensure they are the right track to achieve the objective
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target, margin, budget and net profit
Do annual sales forecast for factory department to prepare the investment and manpower
Set sales and marketing KPI to manage activity within the team
Develop and Train sales and marketing team on the skill that they need and give advice
Management of a cross functional marketing team while working in partnership with other function
Maintain the existing customers and expand more business with existing customers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 37-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or master degree in Marketing,MBA and other relevant fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales and marketing field
At least 5 years of team management experience
Able to travel for overseas business trip
Strong analytical process/thinking both in quantitative and in qualitative
Very good command of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced from Cosmetics, Food, or Pharmacy Manufacturing is preferred
Strong leadership, analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
Languages skills
English: Business Level
