Sales Representatives (55K–65K) (SDG-106095) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย <Job responsibilities> - Be knowledgeable about the product. (Candidate have to study product and do the research around 1-2 years before support customer) - Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. - Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs - Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems - Answer questions about the products - Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements - Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors - Maintain Contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ (ศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์และวิจัยประมาณ 1-2 ปีก่อนจะสนับสนุนลูกค้า) - ระบุลูกค้าเป้าหมาย การสร้างลูกค้าเป้าหมาย และการเปลี่ยนแปลง - ติดต่อลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบันเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับความต้องการ - เน้นคุณลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อเน้นวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้า - ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ - เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขและจัดทำข้อตกลงการขาย - ทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมงานในภาคส่วนต่างๆ - รักษารายชื่อผู้ติดต่อและติดตามผลกับลูกค้าเพื่อสานต่อความสัมพันธ์
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree ・Bachelor's degree in any related field ・Having working experiences in B2B Sales ・Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking to communicate and presentation in English (Mostly use for report, and report line) ・Knowledge of Scrap Steel product for Automotive industry ・Having knowledge of IT, such as Excel model, Word, PowerPoint and ERP. - Able to work at Rayong 2-3 days/ week ・Personality of enthusiasm, be positive to learn new things, working under pressure and time constraint, team working mind set and adaptable in situation ・Strong Analysing and problem-solving skill <Preferable Skills/Experience> ・Japanese language skill would be considerable. Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Si Iam Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(- 3 flexible working hours: 8:00 - 16.30 hrs, 8:30 - 17:00 hrs, 9:00 - 17:30 hrs.- Rest period: 12:00 - 13:00 hrs.
