Sales and Marketing Director (100K-150K) (SDG-51094)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and responsible for sales budget, margin and net profit according to the company target
- Manage sales and marketing team to ensure they are the right track to achieve the objective
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target, margin, budget and net profit
- Do annual sales forecast for factory department to prepare the investment and manpower
- Set sales and marketing KPI to manage activity within the team
- Develop and Train sales and marketing team on the skill that they need and give advice
- Management of a cross functional marketing team while working in partnership with other function
- Maintain the existing customers and expand more business with existing customers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 37-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing overall sales and marketing in cosmetics, health care, personal care, or beauty products manufacturing
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- Able to travel for overseas business trip
- Strong analytical process/thinking both in quantitative and in qualitative
- Experience in New Product Development is required
- Very good command of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in new product development process

- จัดการและรับผิดชอบงบประมาณการขายกำไรและกำไรสุทธิตามเป้าหมายของ บริษัท
- จัดการทีมขายและการตลาดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพวกเขากำลังติดตามเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์
- พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์การขายและการตลาดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย, กำไร, งบประมาณและกำไรสุทธิ
- ทำการพยากรณ์ยอดขายประจำปีสำหรับแผนกโรงงานเพื่อเตรียมการลงทุนและกำลังคน
- กำหนด KPI การขายและการตลาดเพื่อจัดการกิจกรรมภายในทีม
- พัฒนาและฝึกอบรมทีมขายและการตลาดเกี่ยวกับทักษะที่พวกเขาต้องการและให้คำแนะนำ
- การจัดการทีมการตลาดข้ามสายงานในขณะที่ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่น
- รักษาลูกค้าเดิมและขยายธุรกิจเพิ่มเติมกับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 37-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการจัดการการขายและการตลาดโดยรวมในเครื่องสำอางการดูแลสุขภาพการดูแลส่วนบุคคลหรือการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ความงาม
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการทีมอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในต่างประเทศได้
- กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ / การคิดที่แข็งแกร่งทั้งในเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

- ประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
