QA/QC Manager (50K – 70K) (SDG-66053)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for all QA activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Management on employee of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
• Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
• Moreover, provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates.
• Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation.
• Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency.
• To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation
• Manage labour control and volume of job assignment for QA members
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
• Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
• Conduct QA audit, customer audits and Quality risk analysis at production line
• Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology and skills
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
• Perform other tasks as assigned by JP management
• Quality Control Job
o ・Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
o ・Keep all quality matter on shop floor
o ・Support QC members
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher of mechanical engineering, industrial related fields
• At least 7 years experiences as QA/QC in Automotive Business in manufacturing fields.
• At least 7 years experience in Management Level as QA/QC in Automotive Business in manufacturing fields.
• Advanced Conversational Middle Level in English
• Knowledge IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
• Leadership personality with team work capability
• Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
• Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.

• ติดตาม กำหนดเป้าหมายและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
• นอกจากนี้ ให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของลูกน้อง
• แก้ไขและตัดสินใจเมื่อเกิดปัญหาระหว่างการใช้งาน
• แก้ไขปัญหาขาเข้า ระหว่างดำเนินการ จนถึง กระบวนการขาออก ปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
• เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันคุณภาพเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความคาดหวัง
• จัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานสำหรับสมาชิก QA
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
• รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อผู้บริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
• ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA การตรวจสอบลูกค้า และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่สายการผลิต
• ศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่องเกี่ยวกับโซลูชั่น เทคโนโลยี และทักษะใหม่ๆ
• จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้ลูกค้า
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร JP
• งานควบคุมคุณภาพ
・เก็บบันทึกรายงานคุณภาพ การตรวจสอบทางสถิติ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
・เก็บเรื่องคุณภาพไว้ที่หน้าร้าน
・สนับสนุนสมาชิก QC
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปี ในตำแหน่ง QA/QC ในธุรกิจยานยนต์ ในสาขาการผลิต
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปี ในระดับ Management เช่น QA/QC ในธุรกิจยานยนต์ ในสาขาการผลิต
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ความรู้ IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA และ SPC
• บุคลิกภาพของผู้นำพร้อมความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม
• ทักษะของผู้บังคับบัญชาที่ดี ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ทัศนคติเชิงรุกพร้อมความสามารถในการดำเนินการแก้ปัญหาที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้ว
