Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Operating and monitoring quality improvements and preventive action report abilities
- Demonstrated experience in executing test cases and analyzing results
- Improve quality by using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5Whys, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
- Supporting the control of ISO9001, ISO14001 and  ISO/TS 16949
- Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quality engineer, specifically in customer claims and quality control
- Basic knowledge of the processing of Automotive and Electronics products
- Experience in executing test cases and analyzing results
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in using QC tools, 8D report, 5 Whys
- Knowledge in hazardous substance control, IMDS, Conflict minerals and Green procurement
- Conversation Middle level in English for communication with Japanese Manager and Suppliers, both spoken and written communication
- Driving car license

<Deteils>
- Proven ability to lead quality teams, manage corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

<Preferable>
- Experience in audit ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 will be advantage
- Experience to support Japanese management at least 1 year (if any)
- Experience in setting up or joining VA/VE activities. (if any)
- Knowledge of  ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949
