QA Deputy Manager / รองผู้จัดการฝ่าย QA

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
- Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
- Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
- Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site
- When a defective product occurs, analyze the cause, Plan measures, and explain to customers( including overseas' customers) and JP HQ
- Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
- To review, implement and maintain the ISO system and documents
- Management of subordinates
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male /Female age 38-45 years old
- Bachler's degree in Engineering field
- Working experience of QA in automotive or electrical parts industry for more than 10 years
- Management experience for more than 3 years
- Good command of English (need to communicated with overseas customers)
- Skills to understand the situation and make the best decisions　
- High communication skill (can tell your own opinion without hesitation)
- Have strong knowledge of ISO and IATF

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience or knowledge related switch
- Good command of Japanese skill

Workplace Area: Khlong Luang Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri, every other Sat)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
- รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพไปยังการจัดการและขั้นตอนของข้อกังวลด้านคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ QA และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่สถานที่ผลิต
- เมื่อเกิดสินค้าชำรุดวิเคราะห์สาเหตุวางแผนมาตรการและอธิบายลูกค้า (รวมถึงลูกค้าในต่างประเทศ) และ JP HQ
- แก้ปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
- ตรวจสอบใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาระบบ ISO และเอกสาร
- การบริหารจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 38-45 ปี
- ปริญญาของ Bachler ในสาขาวิศวกรรม
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน QA ในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หรือไฟฟ้ามากกว่า 10 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานมากกว่า 3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ต้องการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ)
- ทักษะในการเข้าใจสถานการณ์และตัดสินใจได้ดีที่สุด
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูง (สามารถบอกความคิดเห็นของตนเองได้โดยไม่ลังเล)
- มีความรู้เรื่อง ISO และ IATF เป็นอย่างดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสวิทช์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี
