Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop and adjust optimal production plans taking into account the blending process. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage raw materials while preventing blending errors. • Reduce production losses and ensure stable quality. • Improve production efficiency while taking into account equipment maintenance plans. • Liaise with sales, logistics, and purchasing to ensure smooth production. • Respond quickly to raw material delays and quality defects and manage risks. • Optimize the production process and improve efficiency. • Having meeting with Japanese managers to report and improve • Cooperate with Sales and Supply Chain about deadline and so on. • Other tasks might be assigned
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years’ experience as Production Planning in chemicals or foods/beverage as flexible liquid • At least 3 years of experience as a leader (Experience of working with 30-50 people as a team) • Conversational-high level of English (Internal communication and meeting) • Having ambitious and always seek efficiency while promoting harmony within the team • Experience of daily goods or fresheners at any Japanese manufacturers is preferable.
