<Number of employees : Total : 380 Local :376 Japanese : 4 > <Report Line : Japanese VP > <Team Member: 4 persons including BOI staff in factory side> <Number of Subordinates: 4 persons *All staffs are level> <Products: Ferrite Cores and Accessories> <Client : The manufacturing company of Automotive and Electric applicants> <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Be able to Improve Purchase system (include staffs mind as well) <Job Responsibilities> Purchasing item Ingredients: From the head office in Japan (so price negotiations are not necessary) Machinery and equipment: From suppliers (so price negotiations are necessary) - Manage overall purchase : construction, maintenance, machine & tooling, general office supply - Sourcing compare, select and negotiate for suitable purchase raw material. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on time. - Negotiate for cost reduction. - Create related reports and documents and evaluate supplier performance. - Check and update material storage. - Manage and lead all members to achieve goals in purchasing functions. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Experienced in purchasing system improvement - At least 3 years of experience as Purchasing manager - At least 5 years of experience as Purchas in manufacturing industry - Conversational middle level of English - Have working experience in over all purchasing (Raw material, Office supply, Tool, Machine) - Ability to work under pressure - Abilty to use Microsoft program <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational level of Japanese
