Project Coordinator/Manager (40K-80K) (SDG-66488) ผู้ประสานงานโครงการ/ผู้จัดการ <Job Responsibilities> ★ Full spectrum of Project Management and Product Planning & Development functions for APAC & Middle East business. (It includes Customer Relations, Carrier Relations, Partner Relations and Group Company Relations. And reporting to Regional HQ at Singapore and Japan HQ. ■Project Management / Coordination - Assisting and Supporting Project Manager and stakeholders - Designing and controlling the project schedule - Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project's progress - Organising project meetings and record minutes - Legal communication support with Legal team(in-house and other legal advisory) - Management for arrange project, legal related documentations ■Business, Product Planning & Development - Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies by both product-out and market-in to grow business - Designing, Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business, product development documentation - Assisting with marketing and promotional projects - Collaborating with management on sales goals ■Company issues - Suggest Group Leaders, Directors and other Managers ONLY for workflow improvement at whole the company when needed - Any ad-hoc support , requested by line managers - Other tasks as assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-38 years old - Education Bachelor’s degree in any related filed - Fluent level of English in both speaking and writing (to communicate with partner in Asia Pacific and Middle East area) - More than 3 years of work experiences in Automotive Industry(tier 1) or telecommunication industry - Working experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator at Product Planning, Business Development team(any department related business administration) - In-depth understanding of Business, Product Development management procedures and departmental and legal policies - Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases - Ability to manipulate large amounts of data - High attention to detail and accuracy <Preferable skill/experience> - Have knowledge in both automotive industry and telecommunication industry - knowledge of carrier relations and business principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations Languages skills English: Fluent Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: IT & Infrastructure set-up and maintenance services Business Type: IT Solutions / IT Consulting; Communication Services; Internet Services
