Job Responsibilities - Manage production area according to production plan with Thai senior manager and JP manager - Manage manufacturing filed and improve maximize productivity from existing equipment and available manpower - Control and evaluate to manufacturing organization with Thai senior manager and Thai manager - Analyze and Implement new plans to ensure better results in accordance with the quality standards. - Report to JP manager all result such as production result and product quality - Other related worked assigned by JP manager ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ - จัดการพื้นที่การผลิตตามแผนการผลิตร่วมกับผู้จัดการอาวุโสชาวไทยและผู้จัดการ JP - จัดการการผลิตที่ยื่นและปรับปรุงเพิ่มผลผลิตสูงสุดจากอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่และกำลังคนที่มีอยู่ - ควบคุมและประเมินผลให้กับองค์กรการผลิตด้วยผู้จัดการอาวุโสชาวไทยและผู้จัดการชาวไทย - วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการตามแผนใหม่เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้นตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการ JP ผลลัพธ์ทั้งหมด เช่น ผลลัพธ์การผลิตและคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ - งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ JP
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-60 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in industrial management or any other related field. • At least 3 years of experience as plant manager in a Japanese factory • At least 5 years of experience as QAQC Manager and at least 10 years of experience as QAQC position in the plastic industry • Managed all departments as a Plant manager or QAQC at more than 100 staff in the factory. • Business level of Japanese (Be able to report Japanese president by Japanese and communicate with other branch with Japanese) • Preferable Skill / Experience • JLPT N1 • Have knowledge about ISO or IATF • Have experience as plant manager in over 300 operator factory.
