Operation Manager (50K–60K) (SDG-102841) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการดำเนินงาน <Job responsibilities> - Organize monthly S&OP meeting with stakeholders to review planning figures such as forecast accuracy, sales trend, inventory level and update data into the planning system. - Manage all Import, Export shipment from intercompany / 3rd parties’ supplier to Thailand warehouse (Industrial and automotive part Non DG, and DG ) - Managing and controlling material available to support production (BOM) - Oversee daily operations, production planning and controls with toll blender, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse - Review the draft Import-Export entry apply FORM D, FORM E, FORM AI, Provide the supporting document, and approve to the shipping agents. - Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisitions for procurement of raw materials; and manufacturing of products - Contact and Prepare document claim to shipping / forwarding and or global insurance for settle a claim - Coordinate the logistics operations for transportation of product which includes monitoring 3PL performance, problem solving, and execution of supply chain processes to ensure on time delivery. - Other tasks by the general manager and Japanese manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - จัดการประชุม S&OP รายเดือนกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อตรวจสอบตัวเลขการวางแผน เช่น ความแม่นยำในการคาดการณ์ แนวโน้มการขาย ระดับสินค้าคงคลัง และอัปเดตข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบการวางแผน - จัดการการจัดส่งนำเข้าและส่งออกทั้งหมดจากระหว่างบริษัท / ซัพพลายเออร์บุคคลที่สามมายังประเทศไทย คลังสินค้า (ชิ้นส่วนอุตสาหกรรมและยานยนต์ Non DG และ DG ) - การจัดการและการควบคุมวัสดุที่มีอยู่เพื่อรองรับการผลิต (BOM) - ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน การวางแผนการผลิต และการควบคุมด้วยเครื่องปั่นเก็บค่าผ่านทาง โลจิสติกส์ขาเข้า/ขาออก คลังสินค้า - ตรวจสอบร่างรายการนำเข้า-ส่งออก ใช้ FORM D, FORM E, FORM AI, จัดทำเอกสารประกอบและอนุมัติตัวแทนขนส่ง - ดูแลการวางแผนและการดำเนินการตามแผนการผลิตรวมถึงการรับการคาดการณ์ยอดขาย ใบขอซื้อวัตถุดิบ และการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ - ติดต่อและจัดเตรียมเอกสารเคลมในการขนส่ง / ส่งต่อและหรือประกันภัยทั่วโลกเพื่อยุติการเคลม - ประสานงานการดำเนินการด้านลอจิสติกส์สำหรับการขนส่งสินค้าซึ่งรวมถึงการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของ 3PL การแก้ปัญหา และการดำเนินการของกระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบตรงเวลา - งานอื่นๆ โดยผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
