Content Marketing (60%) - Produce content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. - Edit content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other video editing software - Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with brand strategy and supports service or campaign promotion. - Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats to inform creative direction. - Support in planning content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of assets. - Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content. Consultant Assistant (40%) - Contact candidates to confirm their current job-seeking status and update the database accordingly. - Source candidates based on specific job requirements. - Review and verify the quality of English test interactions between Career Advisors and candidates. - Manage incoming calls from candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill > - Bachelor’s degree in any related field - Fresh Graduate is welcome - Skilled in video editing and content creation, including images and short videos tailored for each platform. - Experienced in using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing software. - Capable of conceptualizing and creating content in text, image, and video formats for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels. - Able to manage and produce content for major social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. - Constantly stays updated on marketing news and social media trends. - Proficiency in English at a conversational high or business level, used for internal documents and communication with candidates and colleagues.(TOEIC score 750 or higher is preferred)
