Maintenance Manager
(50K – 60K) (SDG-75217)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Taking care of maintenance process of machines and facilities, utilities in the factory.
• Making regularly maintenance plan and also preventive maintenance plan.
• Taking care of fixing the sudden defect of machines, analyse the root cause.
• Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to prevent the defect.
• Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for maintenance.
• Coordinate with related department to reduce problems.
• Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
• At least 10 years experience about maintenance in automotive manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years management experience as Maintenance Assistant Manager or higher
• Have strong experience of PLC (Mitsubishi or any brand), ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
• Must have working experience in all maintenance role (machinery, electricity) and also PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• Conversational middle level of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office program

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบำรุงรักษา
(50K – 60K) (SDG-75217)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สาธารณูปโภคในโรงงาน
• จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอและแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
• ดูแลแก้ไขเครื่องเสียกะทันหัน วิเคราะห์สาเหตุ
• สรุปรายงานการทำงานประจำเดือนและค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อป้องกันข้อบกพร่อง
• หัวหน้าโครงการ ปรับปรุง และ KAIZEN สำหรับการบำรุงรักษา
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดปัญหา
• การควบคุมกำลังคน การควบคุมงบประมาณ การฝึกอบรม การจัดการการปฏิบัติงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการซ่อมบำรุงหรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน PLC (Mitsubishi หรือแบรนด์อื่นๆ), ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949 . เป็นอย่างดี
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในงานซ่อมบำรุงทั้งหมด (เครื่องจักร, ไฟฟ้า) และ PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
