<Job Description> - Draft and review settlement documents, contracts, and agreements. Provide legal advice on various legal matters and Research legal. - Prepare applications and supporting documents for business licenses and permits as well as register corporate changes, such as capital adjustments and shareholder registration, etc. - Ensure compliance with legal standards, policies, and corporate governance requirements, including such as support employee compliance training, preparing documents for audits, and assisting with compliance monitoring. - Support corporate planning activities including: document preparation, basic data collection, meeting coordination, and assistance with Business Unit project administrative tasks. - Assist with other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelors degree or Equivalent level - At least 2 year of Legal & Compliance Staff - Conversation High level in English, use for draft the contract and talking with internal and external - Substantial exposure to a broad range of commercial legal practice areas, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property - Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice that is trusted and understood by both operational staff and senior stakeholders - Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, supervising and mentoring junior legal counsel as required <Necessary Skill / Experience> - Having Lawyer License
