Karaoke Shop Manager (35K-50K) (SDG-81200) ผู้จัดการร้านคาราโอเกะ <Job Responsibilities> - Manage the staff in terms of staff shift, staff education and shop's situation etc. - Handle complaints or inquiries from customers - Marketing research for “Sales trend” and “Customer trend” - Plan for sales promotion or advertisement - Manage and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales - Customer Service (Explain the system, Cashier, Cleaning etc.) - Check stock and Expire date, and make order to supplier - Simple cooking - Trouble shooting and report to Manager - Prepare reports to Manager - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-40 years old - High Diploma or above - At least 3 years’ experience of managing shop staffs in restaurant or retail shop (Restaurant > retail sales stores > Hotels) - Conversational middle level of English or Japanese (to communicate with Japanese Manager) - Person who can work full-time shift - Person who can work on Saturday and Sunday - Person who is proactive and can work beyond the job descriptions <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in restaurant or karaoke as management level Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS National Stadium, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Sun, *working as shift *working time: 8 hours mainly on busy time) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Karaoke Shop Business Type: Restaurant / Hotel

ผู้จัดการร้านคาราโอเกะ (35K-50K) (SDG-81200) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - บริหารจัดการพนักงานในแง่ของกะพนักงาน การให้ความรู้พนักงาน และสถานการณ์ของร้าน เป็นต้น - รับเรื่องร้องเรียนหรือสอบถามข้อมูลจากลูกค้า - การวิจัยการตลาดสำหรับ "แนวโน้มการขาย" และ "แนวโน้มของลูกค้า" - วางแผนส่งเสริมการขายหรือโฆษณา - จัดการและรายงานยอดขายรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน - การบริการลูกค้า (อธิบายระบบ แคชเชียร์ ทำความสะอาด ฯลฯ) - ตรวจสอบสต็อคและวันหมดอายุ และทำการสั่งซื้อกับซัพพลายเออร์ - ทำอาหารง่ายๆ - การแก้ไขปัญหาและรายงานไปยังผู้จัดการ - จัดทำรายงานต่อผู้จัดการ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี - ปวช.ขึ้นไป - ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการบริหารพนักงานร้านในร้านอาหารหรือร้านค้าปลีก (ร้านอาหาร > ร้านค้าปลีก > โรงแรม) - ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับสนทนากลาง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น) - ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ - ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานได้ในวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ - ผู้ที่กระตือรือร้นและสามารถทำงานเกินคำบรรยายลักษณะงาน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในร้านอาหารหรือคาราโอเกะในระดับผู้บริหาร ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : BTS สนามกีฬาแห่งชาติ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 9:00-18:00 น.
