Job Description

Q.S.C. Manager (Food, Japanese Speaking) (60K–100K) (SDG-118709)

<Job responsibilities>
- Conduct routine Q.S.C. audits across Shop to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Assess food and service quality, hygiene, sanitation, and staff behavior.
- Inspect equipment functionality and ensure all tools and machines are in proper working condition. 
- Monitor stock levels of key operational supplies (e.g., packaging, cleaning materials, uniforms) and ensure proper stock management practices are in place. 
- Prepare Audit reports with actionable Feedback for Shop managers and management teams.
- Train and guide store staff on Q.S.C. procedures and improvement strategies.
- Analyze trends and audit results to identify risk areas and improvement opportunities. 
- Maintain documentation and Audit records in line with company policies.
- Assist in internal or external compliance audits as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience as Food Store Manager, Food Area Manager (which experienced in Quality, Service/ Safety, Cleanliness with/ without visiting branches), Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations Audit, or Outlet
- Holding JLPT N2-N1, Conversational High to Business level in Japanese
(directly report to Japanese President, documents) *JLPT N3 is applicable, but will not get language allowance
- Conversational High in English (reports, documents etc.)
- Strong knowledge of operational standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and safety and Able to initiate company regulations/ working standard etc.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and basic equipment Maintenance or monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail, with good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to give clear feedback. 
- Willingness to travel to outlets/branches regularly. (in Bangkok and perimeters by public transportation)
- Active, Adaptable to company work culture and tolerate to work under High pressure.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
- knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
