<Job Responsibilities>
*As an IT Coordinator, you will be assigned to the technical department.
- Your main responsibilities will include explaining technical aspects of the company's products to clients both before and after contract agreements, in coordination with the sales team.

- The end users of the company's products are typically Thai staff at client sites, so communication with them will be conducted in Thai.
On the other hand, decision-makers at client companies are usually Japanese, so communication with them will be conducted in Japanese.
※Product knowledge will be provided after joining the company, so prior experience with the company's products is not required.

- Explore and design AI-powered product features that address customer challenges and industry needs (e.g., visual inspection systems, automated anomaly detection)
- Conduct customer interviews, validate use cases, and perform market research to identify real-world problems and translate them into product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and engineering, to design highly practical AI implementations that enhance product value and user experience
- The position requires occasional communication with clients to understand their needs and provide technical or product-related explanations.
- Support proof-of-concept (PoC) trials and pilot implementations to assess the commercial viability of proposed AI solutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological innovations to drive continuous product improvement and differentiation
- Other tasks assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales support, or customer support in the IT industry (Candidates who feel comfortable communicating with clients are also welcome to apply)
- At least the business level of Japanese (N2 up) to communicate with customers and Japanese management in this company
*Welcome candidates who hold JLPT N3 certification, as long as they are capable of communicating effectively in Japanese at a business level.
- At least a conversational level of English to use internally 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having an N1 certificate
