IT Officer
(20K – 30K) (SDG-74680)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be window overseas with I.T. department head office at Turkey
• Support the users at Japan and Thailand
• Server Monitoring ( File Server / Database Server / Mail Server / Proxy Server, Firewall, WLAN, Access Point / Data backup )
• Network Monitoring ( Internet/ VPN / VMWare / Switching / Load Balancing )
• Operation System (MS Windows 2003, 2003 R2, 2008 R2, 2012 Server, MS Windows XP,MS Windows 10 and up)
• Barcode system setup
• IP Telephone & CCTV support and high security
• Support all infrastructure & Help Desk Support for Users
• Programming VB.net, MS SQL Server, SAP system
• Diagnosing, Maintenance and solving computer software and hardware
• Computer Maintenance ( PM )
• Budget plan and control
• ISO Document Support (9001:2008 and 14001)
• PDPA for I.T. and understanding ISO27001
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• At least 2 year experience working as an IT support role in manufacturing.
• Must have knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2016 Active Directory, Microsoft office, desktop/laptop hardware and some basic network troubleshooting
• Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 650)
• Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, diligence and patience
• High skill to problem solving
• Open PR to purchase hardware and software etc.
• High skill to negotiate

• สนับสนุนผู้ใช้ในญี่ปุ่นและประเทศไทย
• การตรวจสอบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ( เซิร์ฟเวอร์ไฟล์ / เซิร์ฟเวอร์ฐานข้อมูล / เซิร์ฟเวอร์เมล / พร็อกซีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ไฟร์วอลล์ WLAN จุดเข้าใช้งาน / สำรองข้อมูล )
• การตรวจสอบเครือข่าย (อินเทอร์เน็ต / VPN / VMWare / Switching / Load Balancing)
• ระบบปฏิบัติการ (MS Windows 2003, 2003 R2, 2008 R2, 2012 Server, MS Windows XP, MS Windows 10 ขึ้นไป)
• การตั้งค่าระบบบาร์โค้ด
• รองรับโทรศัพท์ IP & CCTV และความปลอดภัยสูง

ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ผู้ชายจะดีมาก
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการทำงานเป็นบทบาทสนับสนุนด้านไอทีในการผลิต
• ต้องมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Windows 10, Server 2016 Active Directory, Microsoft office, ฮาร์ดแวร์เดสก์ท็อป/แล็ปท็อป และการแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่ายพื้นฐานบางอย่าง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (TOEIC 650)
