Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
*Customers and suppliers' locations are Samutprakarn, Ayudhya, Pathum Thani, and Chonburi
*How often to visit depends on the job. (one time a week / twice a week /one time a month)
- Interpretation services for business meetings with customers (online meetings and visits)
- Coordination of the schedule for the Japanese Managing Director visiting Thailand for business meetings with customers
- Communicating with overseas suppliers
- Interpretation of QA and QC-related matters
- Visiting the client's place with the Japanese MD and manager
- Quotation, price control, and delivery control
- Supplier capacity management
- New project schedule management
- Translate documents and interpret outside
- Coordinate between customers and suppliers
- Any tasks assigned by the manager
*Client type: Only existing clients
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years of experience in interpreting in the manufacturing or trading industry
- At least 2–3 years of experience at a single company
- At least conversational high level of Japanese (N3 up) to interpret during the meeting with customers
- At least a conversational middle of English to communicate with suppliers by speaking and e-mail
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having a driving license to drive when visiting customers and suppliers
