Job Description
<Job Description> GA Tasks: 50% - Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. - Respond to general affairs-related inquiries from employees. - Supporting in the area of general affair documentation, provide service related to employee's requirements, seek vendor related to all administration. - Prepare VISA extension, work permit for company expatriates (handle by own) - Coordinate on insurance, flight booking, hotel reservation - IT coordinator on administration support on tele communication device/ service and Internet - Perform other general affairs tasks as needed. HR Tasks: 40% - Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, create learning materials, and conduct training sessions. - Work with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and areas for performance improvement. - Develop and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics. - Continuously improve and update training content based on feedback and organizational changes. - Provide support to employees in utilizing the LMS. - Work closely with HR team members, department managers, and leadership to align training initiatives with organizational strategies. - Communicate effectively with employees to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation. - Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Corporate Planning Support: 10% - Schedule meetings. - Support presentations (using PowerPoint).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years as HR&GA, General Affair or Administrative (Any field of business) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong presentation skills. - Conversational High level in English (reading, writing, and speaking). *support Japanese in company, Internal use, coordinate with overseas office, HRD process.
