<Job Responsibilities>
【Administrative support】
・Translate internal documents/announcements from Thai to English
・Monthly expense claims
・Schedule coordination of meetings/interviews and booking meeting rooms
・Manage/Order office supplies
・Prepare internal approval applications (purchase, contract signing, etc.)
・Business trip arrangements (domestic and international business trips, transportation, etc.)
・Booking internal/external dinners
・Arrange birthday gifts/events for employees
【Support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Team's activities】
・While the main responsibility will be administrative support, the organization is still small and ad-hoc support related to marketing, sales, and customer success will be required from time to time. (e.g., gathering various data)
Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 1 year of experience as a general administrative assistant or related position (regardless of industry)
・At least a conversational high level of English to communicate with the Japanese manager and translate Thai to English for documents
・Basic PC skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience as a sales assistant (regardless of industry)
・Experience in creating quotations using Salesforce or other software
・Experience with list creation and data management in Excel
・Using Slack as an internal communication tool
