HR General Manager (70K–150K) (SDG-90395) ผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่าย HR <Job Responsibilities> The incumbent will be directly responsible for the following functions, but not limited: 1. Manpower Planning and Acquisition 2. Talent Management 3. Learning & Development 4. Employee Engagement 5. HR Operations 6. Rewards & Recognition 7. Performance Management 8. Internal Communication 9. Payroll 10. Other Assignment Key Focus Areas: 1) Strategy & Organization Development - Cooperate closely with senior management, especially regarding Talent Development & Acquisition, employee engagement, and cultural diversity, to ensure the company's performance continues to improve by act as a bridge between business management and HR Teams. - Responsible for leading, developing and integrating human resource strategy that aligns with the company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. - Drive cultural change, change management, and define succession planning with business heads. - Oversee the development and implementation of company core values, and key performance measures into the performance management system. - Communicate relevant HR information and updates to the management and ensuring that this information is cascaded down to all levels properly. - Review, develop and implement policies & procedures and HR strategies to achieve corporate and business objectives. 2) Compensation & Benefits - Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research, Analysis and Administration for local and region countries. - Develop Compensation & Benefits policy in order to analyse the company competitive pay position against target competitors and market. - Ensure the implementation of compensation policies. - Design and develop Promotional Increase Model/Structure for all salary grades. - Develop, review, and propose Salary Structure to attract and maintain competitiveness in the market. - Recommend and implement new benefit programs as needed.- Lead the annual salary planning cycle including the development of the merit quota, local bonus plan and presenting analyses and recommendations to Management.

C) People Development - Identify, develop, manage, and evaluate training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs and provide progress updates. - Manage and monitor overall training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsource of training programs, and evaluation of the effectiveness of training aspects. - Develop a blended approach which integrates different learning models, such as coaching, classroom instruction, online learning, and action learning. D) HR Shared Service - Responsible for Monthly payroll payment of Executive as well as consolidate all payroll - Manage HR Shared service team in order to ensure the accuracy and excellent HR routine tasks <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 55 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 15 years of working experiences in HR filed, and if in automotive industry would be advantage - More than 10 years in Management experiences of big-size companywide in different locations (domestic and international offices) - Knowledge of and ability to initiate HR Tools, such as Job Evaluation, Organization Development, Succession Planning, Talent Management and Performance Management - More than conversational high level of English <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Strong Labour Law knowledge would be advantage - SAP knowledge - Labor Union skill is advantage Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:40(Mon - Fri) About the Benefits 70,000–150,000THB About the company Product & Service: Auto spare part manufacturer Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
