HR Director (120K-180K) (SDG-40378)
<Job Responsibilities>
Create Strategy for HR system in order to expand employees (expand from 600 employees)
Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Be a center of HR and always coordinate with
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years of experiences in HR Management in Retails, FMCG, Hotel.
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Experience in creating strategy for Organization, Welfare, and manpower
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Various Experiences in Service Industry
