Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Payroll Process Operation
- Prepare attendance records, diligence allowance, OT, and other related compensations
- Register and manage employee medical allowance claims according to company policy
- Handle reporting for the Social Security Fund in compliance with labor laws
2. Provident Fund control
- Manage employee enrollment and resignation from the provident fund
- Monitor contributions (employee and employer) and prepare related reports
3. Domestic Business Trip Control
- Monitor and manage business trip allowances for domestic travel
- Handle travel insurance arrangements for employees according to company policy
- Review and approve reimbursement documents related to travel expenses
4. Employee Welfare Fund
- Oversee the employee welfare fund and other welfare-related cases
- Coordinate with the welfare fund committee and manage request and approval processes
- Prepare reports and documentation for fund disbursements
5. HRMS system function preparation and control
- Maintain and develop functions in the HRMS for effective operation
- Ensure employee data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
6. Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in HRM functions, payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Conversational Middle level in English
(Report, documents, and communicate with the Japanese General Manager)
- Knowledge of TLS (Thai Labour Standard) social security regulations in Thailand
- Able to perform with accuracy in payroll and benefits calculations
- Proficient in computer such as Word and Excel (for documents and reports)
