<Job Responsibilities>
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in China
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Identify and develop new sales channels
• Analyze market trends in China and keep a close watch on competing products
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Promote brand awareness
• Work closely with distributors, retailers, and other cooperative partners
• Compile sales analysis and market survey for management review
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of sales management experience in China
• Experience in the FMCG market in China
• Proven track record in new product promotion and sales development
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office
