- Develop company targets and managing the performance of staff.
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.

- Working closely with depatments heads and directors.
- Developing new solutions to meet customer needs.

- Managing and supporting staff including daily performance, disciplinary actions.
- At least 5 years experience in Food&Beverage industry or related.
- At least 3 years management experience.
- Business English.
- Have a clear mindset of "Organization" & "Reporting"
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Keen strategy thinking and planning.
