Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Basic accounting tasks cooperating with outsourced accounting firm - Support employee engagement activities and company events. - Manage the recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). - Manage attendance tracking for employees - Prepare and process monthly payroll and employee benefits. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. - Visit post offices, banks by company car sometimes - Visit clients to pass invoices by company car - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of working experience as General Affair or HR officer in any industry - Bachelor degree in any field - Driving license - Basic level of English - Can use Microsoft office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience as a sales engineer in the duct field - Bachelor of HR, Business Administration, or related field - Conversational high level of Japanese
