Duties & Responsibilities:
• Employee recruitment activities
• Creation and management of employment contracts
• Preparing employees' training program,
• Employee benefits related work.
• Salary, bonus, retirement benefits, social security, etc. related work.
• Attendance management and control
• Health and safety related work.
• Procurement, maintenance and disposal of own assets.
• Obtaining and managing VISA and work permit for Japanese employees
• Other related jobs
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-38 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR & GA in any manufacturing industry.
• Middle - high conversational level in English *Coordinate with JP parent company *JP Executive *Email and document
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Have good communication skills especially speaking and listening.
• Have problem solving skills
• Able to attend face to face interview
• Have management experience is preferable.

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Mueang Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri, Sat: 1 day per month)
