<Job Responsibilities>
<Ratio: Finance 60% and Accounting 40% >
- Responsible to support many business
- Manage as in Board of Management for Finance function to meet with business direction, objectives, strategies and business plan
- Directing financial planning and strategy
- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
- Overseeing audit and tax functions.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies.
- Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
- Training accounting staff.
- Reviewing departmental budgets.
- Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
- Analyzing complex financial data.
- Managing internal controls.
- Other related task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35-45 years old
- Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting field
- More than 10 years of working experiences in Finance and Accounting functions
- Good command of verbal and written English (to use in internal process mainly)
- Experience of handling many group company
- Program: ERP and other related

- บริหารจัดการเช่นเดียวกับคณะกรรมการบริหารฝ่ายการเงินเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามทิศทางธุรกิจวัตถุประสงค์กลยุทธ์และแผนธุรกิจ
- กำกับการวางแผนและกลยุทธ์ทางการเงิน
- วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงิน
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตรวจสอบและภาษี
- การพัฒนาและการใช้นโยบายการบัญชี
- เตรียมการคาดการณ์และงบประมาณที่ครอบคลุม
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานบัญชี
- การตรวจสอบงบประมาณของแผนก
- ประเมินจัดการและลดความเสี่ยง
- การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินที่ซับซ้อน
- การจัดการการควบคุมภายใน
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาโทสาขาการเงินและการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีมากกว่า 10 ปี
- สามารถใช้คำพูดและภาษาอังกฤษเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการกลุ่ม บริษัท จำนวนมาก
- โปรแกรม: ERP และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
