Accounting Officer (Fixed Assets) (25K–30K) (SDG-105506) เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี (สินทรัพย์ถาวร) <Job responsibilities> - Execute comprehensive fixed cost, profit control, and budgeting activities. - Summarize and Analyze actual compare to planned financial performance and forecast results on a monthly basis. - Calculate the Cost of goods (included import duty, shipping, freight charges, and insurance.) - Generate detailed inventory reports to ensure accurate tracking and management of stock levels. - Oversee the accounting for fixed assets and Construction in Progress (CIP), ensuring accurate capitalization and depreciation. - Manage financial aspects of investments and projects, including Cost tracking, budget adherence, and financial reporting. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดำเนินกิจกรรมต้นทุนคงที่ การควบคุมกำไร และการจัดทำงบประมาณที่ครอบคลุม - สรุปและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบจริงกับผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงินที่วางแผนไว้และคาดการณ์ผลลัพธ์เป็นรายเดือน - คำนวณต้นทุนสินค้า (รวมภาษีนำเข้า ค่าขนส่ง และค่าประกันภัย) - สร้างรายงานสินค้าคงคลังโดยละเอียดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการติดตามและการจัดการระดับสินค้าคงคลังแม่นยำ - ดูแลการบัญชีสำหรับสินทรัพย์ถาวรและงานระหว่างก่อสร้าง (CIP) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการใช้อักษรตัวพิมพ์ใหญ่และค่าเสื่อมราคาถูกต้อง - จัดการด้านการเงินของการลงทุนและโครงการ รวมถึงการติดตามต้นทุน การปฏิบัติตามงบประมาณ และการรายงานทางการเงิน
