Director Information Technology (90K–150K) (SDG-85042) ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ <Job Responsibilities> • Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and resource planning to ensure alignment with its business goals. • Identify, select, and implement technology solutions to meet business needs of the company, including problem solving, managing contracts and services for outsourced development, cloud service providers, and blockchain / Web3 technology services • Design, deploy, manage, and maintain enterprise-wide information security controls and capabilities to ensure all IT assets are secured. • Ensure effective governance for security controls are in place and documented. • Further develop company’s overall technical capabilities, policies, procedures, best practices, processes, and team structure in areas such as managing change with agile methodology, information security, data management, and systems management. • Engage and produce reports including risk assessment and business impact analysis for key stakeholders. • Research and develop technical roadmap and rollout plan for digital finance ecosystem.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management, or related fields. • 3+ years proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role. • Experience in Business Information Technology Strategy & Management, Program Development, Software Development, IT Consulting, Project Management, Transformation Management and Production Support. • Experience in planning, implementing, and delivering products and services to meet company expectations and deliver a robust, secure, and cost-effective solution. • Hands-on experience using agile methodology with mixed teams of in-house and external developers. • Experience in managing contracts and services for outsourced development, cloud service providers • Analytical business-overall IT landscape professional with financial business and products knowledge. • In-depth knowledge of web and mobile application software development. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experiences in Financial, Leasing Bank Industries Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: San Sai, Chiang Mai Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: None) WFH - Anytime) About the Benefits 90,000–150,000THB About the company Product & Service: Leasing products and etc. Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;
