<Job responsibilities>
- After-care service (for leasing customers)
- Line OA, Follow rental fee payment
- Supplier arrangement (for fix room)
- Witness construction
- Make a management report
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as an After-sales service, Admin, Customer Support, or Customer Service (any industry)
- Conversational middle-level in English (Mainly written with customers and communicating with the Japanese MD, and making the document)
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to join immediately
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving skill
- Actively and voluntarily person
- Polite, diligent, and good human relations
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a real estate company

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday-Friday)
