<Job Responsibilities> - Provide general support/solutions/suggestions to customers - To be the first stop to receive requirements/complaints and other product-related issues - Working and coordinating with the Production and Technical Team to ensure that customers' requests are completely delivered - To consistently perform with a high level of quality and speed - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 1 year experience in customer support or customer service, - Conversational Middle in Japanese to communicate with customers and internally via call, email, and line - Conversational Middle in English for email - Able to use Microsoft Office - Able to work on holidays (Work 5 days/week) <Details> - Problem-solving skills and fast learner <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational high in Japanese
