Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking HSK3) (25K-35K) (SDG-38699)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for Customer Service Counter operation such as VAT Refund, Member, provide information to customers, etc. for both foreign and Chinese customers
 Manage monthly plan of service
 Coordinate with related departments in order to support customer service purposes
 Support HR department for a service training session for staffs
 Monthly report such as VAT Refund, etc.
 Other related tasks as assigned by the superior



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-29 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Good communication in English for communicating in internal and writing email, report
 Willing to work on a late shift (2 times a month)
 Willing to work on a national holiday and during festival (Especially New Year Celebration period)
 At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field
 Excellent communication in Chinese (HSK3 up)

Working Hour: 10:15-19:15(- Saturday and Sunday Working: Yes - Day Off: Every Friday + Extra Holiday 2 days /Month (6 holidays per month)- Late Duty 12:40 - 21:45 (Only 2 times/Month) , Dinner Break 18:30 - 19:30 )
