Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide high-level administrative support to the managing director including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements. - Provide business support and act as a liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and other group companies, ensuring smooth communication and information flow. - Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, financial reports, and corporate governance materials. - Maintain confidential records and documents related to legal, financial, and corporate matters with the utmost discretion. - Coordinate board meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items, including those involving legal counsel and financial advisors. - Conduct research and compile data on legal, financial, and corporate affairs topics, preparing reports and presentations as needed. - Assist with the coordination of compliance activities and adherence to regulatory requirements. - Support the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and stakeholder communications. - Perform other administrative and project management duties as assigned. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Corporate Affairs role - Conversational high in English to have a meeting with internal, email, and documents - Conversational high in Japanese to communicate with the report line and internal - Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office <In details > - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands. <Preferable> - Visa-work permit experience - Experience working in a Japanese company.
