Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and manage the company’s annual and long-term strategic plans, including financial forecasting and key performance indicators (KPIs), and support senior management in setting departmental KPIs.
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Monitor the progress of strategic plans and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead or support key strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, new business development, and organizational restructuring. Provide support to HR in succession planning and compensation structure design.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior executives and the Board of Directors.
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor economic, industry, and regulatory trends that may impact the company’s strategy or performance, and ensure compliance with relevant business laws and regulations.
- Lead workshops and enterprise-level strategic planning sessions with senior executives, including participation in ECM (Executive Committee Meetings), BOD (Board of Directors meetings), and AGM (Annual General Meeting).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in corporate planning, management consulting, business strategy, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
<Personality>
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Management Experiences (have subordinate)
Remark : Ideal if the candidate also has basic legal knowledge (e.g., contract review, compliance, M&A support) to advise management when needed. A background in corporate law or internal control would be a strong plus.
