Business Assistant to Managing Director (20K-25K) (SDG-25836)
<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinate for overall business process
(Purchasing->Shipping process->Client troubleshoot)
Visit clients and suppliers with Korean MD which located in Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Chachoengsao etc. and also oversee business trip in Asia (Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar), and support business meeting through interpreting (English <-> Thai)
Do marketing research and expand business by seeking for new clients
Coordinating between supplier (mainly Korean trading companies) - Thai staffs - Clients including MD
Listen to clients feedback and process troubleshoot
Do document tasks to support clients such as Quotation, PO and also for Logistics related document
Monitor Shipments for on time delivery
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-24 years old
Bachelor's Degree chemical engineering / chemical science or any related field (in Thai program)
Good command of English
For Male, Driving license is required
Able to visit Suppliers, Clients both in Domestic and also in oversea,including evening dinner with clients
Able to do multi-tasks
Good Personality, service minded and strong negotiable skill
Fresh graduates are highly welcome
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Good TOEIC score
Korean language will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area BTS Asoke ,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Sat 9.00 – 12.00 (Once a month) )
