Assist Manager (Machine Design Engineer/JP Speaking) (60K–70K) (SDG-63818) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ (วิศวกรออกแบบเครื่องจักร/พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job Responsibilities> - Act as Design Leader for machine maker projects by managing and controlling overall - manpower, materials, designing, cost, etc.- to successful project. - To support and regularly contact and meet with clients regarding new inquiry, machine concept, estimation of machine cost, etc. - Setting timeframe for design schedule/project schedule and control tasks or activities to achieve within the timeframe. - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external such as design team in-house and outsource, production team, sales leader (JP), clients (JP), head quarter in Japan. - Other duties as assigned. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 32 - 43 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 3 years as Design Engineer/Project Manager for Machine Making project or related. - Experience using program 3D Inventor, Solid work and 2D Auto-cad for designing. - Experience with project control/project management, machine conceptualize, cost estimation, project management - Good command of English and Japanese (N3 or above) - Strong leadership skill, calm, good listener and logical thinker - Passion in Machine Design, keep up with new technology, love-learning person <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with managing/leading team - Design Engineer as intern or full-time/part-time in Japan - Own car and driving license Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: Ratchaprarop , Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri ) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Products：Coil winding machines and peripheral systems, Factory automation systems(Manufacturing in Japan) Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำด้านการออกแบบสำหรับโครงการผู้ผลิตเครื่องจักรโดยการจัดการและควบคุมโดยรวม - กำลังคน วัสดุ การออกแบบ ต้นทุน ฯลฯ- เพื่อให้โครงการประสบความสำเร็จ - ให้การสนับสนุนและติดต่อและพบปะกับลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอเกี่ยวกับการสอบถามใหม่ แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร การประมาณราคาเครื่องจักร ฯลฯ - การกำหนดกรอบเวลาสำหรับตารางการออกแบบ/กำหนดการโครงการ และควบคุมงานหรือกิจกรรมเพื่อให้สำเร็จภายในกรอบเวลา - ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับภายในและภายนอก เช่น ทีมออกแบบในและนอกองค์กร, ทีมผลิต, หัวหน้าฝ่ายขาย (JP), ลูกค้า (JP), สำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย 32 - 43 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Design Engineer/Project Manager for Machine Making Project หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์การใช้โปรแกรม 3D Inventor, Solid work และ 2D Auto-cad สำหรับการออกแบบ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมโครงการ/การจัดการโครงการ, การสร้างแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร, การประมาณราคา, การจัดการโครงการ - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N3 ขึ้นไป) - มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง ใจเย็น รับฟังและคิดอย่างมีตรรกะ - Passion in Machine Design ติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ คนที่รักการเรียนรู้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร/การเป็นผู้นำทีม - Design Engineer ฝึกงานหรือประจำ/นอกเวลาในญี่ปุ่น - มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ระดับการสนทนา สถานที่ทำงาน: ราชปรารภ , กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ : 8:30-17:30 น.
