Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinate administrative procedures and systems according to company’s policy.
Get requirement from user about facility service and maintenance.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities etc.
All related tasks assigned by Manager
Get requirement from user about facility services, maintenance (Able to solve basis technical problem), and also inform, follow up and report status until it’s done.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Manage, Control and monitor all administrative processes.
Handle any other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in admin field
Able to solve problem with many factors
Basic in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having knowledge in Accounting will be advantage

English: Basic Level

Workplace Area MRT Phahonyothin, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon - Fri)
