Accounting Manager / ผู้จัดการบัญชี

<Job Responsibilities>
- Help the company set up the accounting department
- Solving and correcting accounting issues
- Set up the accounting system by using SAP
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations to the management when it is related to financial and accounting
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Ensure that the payment has been under time consuming/deadline
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 33-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Accounts and Finance
- At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and financial field
- Must have CPD license
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Have experience set up SAP and SET
- Able to close the company's account
- Knowledge in consolidation
- Able to get the work done under time consuming.

- ช่วย บริษัท ตั้งแผนกบัญชี
- แก้ไขและแก้ไขปัญหาทางบัญชี
- ตั้งค่าระบบบัญชีโดยใช้ SAP
- จัดการและดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของแผนกบัญชี
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการบัญชีและจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินหรืองบ
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการตรวจสอบประจำปี
- ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้บริหารเมื่อเกี่ยวข้องกับการเงินและการบัญชี
- ปรับปรุงระบบและขั้นตอนและเริ่มดำเนินการแก้ไข
- มอบหมายโครงการและเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรงเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามและถูกต้อง
- สร้างและดูแลไฟล์และบันทึกทางการเงินเพื่อทำธุรกรรมเอกสาร
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการชำระเงินนั้นใช้เวลานาน / กำหนดเวลา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 33-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาบัญชีและการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- ต้องมีใบอนุญาต CPD
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีประสบการณ์ตั้งค่า SAP และ SET
- สามารถปิดบัญชีของ บริษัท ได้
- ความรู้ในการรวมบัญชี
- สามารถทำงานให้เสร็จโดยใช้เวลานาน
