GENERAL INFORMATION

Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - JAPANESE CONSULTANT - FINANCIAL SERVICE

Level: Staff

Work Location: Hanoi

Work Time: Jan-Mar: Monday-Saturday (8:30am-5:30pm), Saturday off if all tasks completed

  Apr-Dec: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

JOB DUTIES

Report to Vietnamese Manager (female, 30s)

Team structure: Senior Manager -> Manager -> Senior Staff -> Leader and Staff

Senior Staff directly takes care of specific assigned client(s) and is reponsible for all tasks/enquiries related to them; Leader advises Staff on daily tasks

Job Responsibilities:

-Translate/interpret documents; file contracts and quotations

-Consult Japanese clients about business environment in Vietnam such as policies for investment, commercial law, labour law, and accounting / finance law

-Support clients on investment documentation such as business registration, tax registration, etc..

-Participate in seminars to present about new laws and policies in Vietnam to clients

-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Desirable Background and Experience:

-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related field

-Language Skills:Japanese business level (equivalent to N2) / English conversational level is a big plus

-From 1+ year of experience working as General Admin / Affairs in Japanese companies OR new graduate with good Japanese language skills

-Competent in MS Office tools

-Potential advisory skills (preferable)
