GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: ENDOSCOPE SALES LEADER - TRADING

 Level: Leader

 Contract term: Permanent 

 Recruitment reason: Replacement

 Expected joining date: As soon as possible or pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law

 Work location: District 1, HCMC

 Work time: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

 Salary range: Outstanding candidate(s) could be considered for Assistant Manager level with max salary being around 1700 USD gross

 Allowance(s): Mobile phone provided / Taxi card / Business trip allowance (based on actual cost)

 Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus (averagely 2.5-3 months) and salary review once per year / Incentive scheme to be discussed in the interview

 Selection process: Three rounds (National Sales Manager and South Sales Manager -> Medical Division Manager -> CEO and HR Manager)


JOB DUTIES

 Report to National Sales Manager (female, based in Hanoi) and South Sales Manager (female, based in HCMC)

 Team size: around 10 people in both South and North endoscope teams

 Team structure in the South: Medical Division Manager -> National Sales Manager for Endoscope -> South Sales Manager -> Assistant to Sales Manager -> Sales Leader (this position) -> Sales Executive -> Sales Admin -> Field Service Engineer

 Job Responsibilities:

- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale

- Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

- Able to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales

- Summarize and analyze customer information, and make sales strategy

- Represent the company at the trade exhibitions; business event and demonstration

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

- Negotiate on prices; costs; delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background and Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields

- Language skills: English business level

- At least 2+ years of professional experience in medical equipment field (foreign companies are preferable)

- Wide network with hospitals, clinics, doctors and specialized distributors; sound knowledge about medical systems (NOT medical consumables)

- Experienced in project sales development and management

- Good level of numeracy; high ability and desire to sell

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: Male preferable

- Age: Up to 35

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Personality: positive, confident, determined, resilient, self-motivated, ambitious, independent

- Willing to go on frequent business trips around the assigned market (from Danang to Camau)
