-Monday - Friday (7:30~17:15)

Salary Range: Gross 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND per month (negotiable)

Allowance(s): Meal (VND 600,000) / Phone (VND 400,000) / Fuel (VND 2,000,000)

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month salary / Annual incentive per policy

JOB DUTIES

Report to Area Sales Manager

Assigned to Field Force Department 

Main Tasks:

-Establishing the relationship with doctors, hospital representatives, clinic, etc. to execute the medial business strategy in order to achieve the target revenue.

-Developing and maintain the business relationship with doctors and others to enhance the revenue objectives in pharmaceutical business in Vietnam.

-Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce the company’s products in assigned territories (HCMC, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc)

-Consult to the doctors about company products’ advantages in order to ensure that doctors can understand clearly and deeply about the company’s products to decide on appropriate treatment for patients.

-Regularly visit doctors to remind them on our products.

-Collect the production information from market as well as doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely to regional manager.

-Follow up with the company tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any.

-Support the company to implement the marketing strategy, conference, or new product launch event, etc.

-Other assigned works from upper levels if any.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Qualification: Pharmacy University

-At least 2 years of working experience in same position

-Proactive, inquisitive, enjoy external communication and able to work independently to achieve the given sales targets

-Clear career’s objectives and job’s orientation

-Able to go on business trip

-Effective communication skill, win-win negotiation skill, interpersonal skill

-Good at presentation and can work under high pressure

-Good at computer applications
