Work Time:
-Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00)
Salary Range: Negotiable (depends on candidates’ experience)
Allowance(s): Special allowance for TOEIC and Japanese (JLPT) certificates (up to $300/ month) / Birthday allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month salary / Performance bonus up to 2 months

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Assigned to JOC Division
Main Tasks:
-To manage and support PBX distribution partner’s activities to achieve company’s sales/profit target and market share for the product in Vietnam.
-To provide the company’s PBX products sales presentation with distribution and channel partners.
-To understand customers or partners requirement and feedback to company HQ/RHQ.
-To take partners order forecast and reflect it to company budget control management and stock order forecast to the factory.
-To plan and conduct sales promotion activities with partners
-To manage partners sales activities regularly in terms of stock level, project pipelines and destination of delivery.
-To collect payment from partners timely.
-To update competitor’s products and activity information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender & Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language Skills: English fluent communication
-General knowledge about enterprise network and/or IT product
-3 years+ experience in Network or IT product distribution channel sales, preferably with PBX products for major brands like Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, Panasonic, etc.
-Ability to motivate and entertain distribution channel partners
-Ability to negotiate with strict partners
-Ability to perform business strategy and measures
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
-Ability to communicate with HQ and RHQ in English
