<Job responsibilities>
Key Account Management Section
-Develop the initiatives to support customer’s requirement
-Deliver the improvement in the operation to support the key customers
-Enhance the relationship with the key customers
Pharmacy Section
-Maintain the operation procedure to make sure the pharmacy business can run smoothly and professionally
-Ensure that the pharmacy business strictly follows MOPH Regulation and Law
Clinic Management Section
-Overall performance, management and financial goals while also building, maintaining a brand, products and services for 3 Clinics.
-Ensure the clinic business follows the rules and regulations of Thailand's law
People Management
-Managing the team's performance and maximizing the team's productivity.
-Lead, Motivate, Develop and Coach team members effectively and keep a positive attitude.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
ส่วนการจัดการบัญชีหลัก
-พัฒนาความคิดริเริ่มเพื่อสนับสนุนความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ส่งมอบการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานเพื่อสนับสนุนลูกค้ารายสำคัญ
- เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ
แผนกเภสัชกรรม
-รักษาขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าธุรกิจร้านขายยาสามารถดำเนินไปได้อย่างราบรื่นและเป็นมืออาชีพ
-ดูแลให้ธุรกิจร้านขายยาปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและกฎหมายของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขอย่างเคร่งครัด
ส่วนการจัดการคลินิก
-เป้าหมายด้านประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการ และการเงินโดยรวม ในขณะเดียวกันก็สร้าง รักษาแบรนด์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการสำหรับคลินิก 3 แห่ง
-ดูแลให้ธุรกิจคลินิกเป็นไปตามกฎและข้อบังคับของกฎหมายไทย
การจัดการบุคลากร
- บริหารจัดการผลงานของทีมและเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของทีมให้สูงสุด
-เป็นผู้นำ กระตุ้น พัฒนา และฝึกสอนสมาชิกในทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และรักษาทัศนคติเชิงบวก


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 45 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least an overall 10 years of Business Development or Corporate Planning.
- Experienced in the insurance(life insurance) or healthcare field for over 3 years.
- Experience at subordinate management level for over 7 years.
- Excellent communication skills and can Communicate in English at a Good level
- Strong Leadership skills, Creative thinking, and Good service-minded
- Strong presentation skills and can work independently
- Good in analytical skills and People management.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday, Flexible time 8.30-17.00, 9.00-17.30, 9.30-18.00, WIO 100%)

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือการวางแผนองค์กรอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานประกันภัย (ประกันชีวิต) หรือด้านการรักษาพยาบาลมากกว่า 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้บริหารมากกว่า 7 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และมีใจบริการที่ดี
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดีและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และบริหารจัดการบุคลากรได้ดี
